All tours except for our Bioluminescence Tour can launch from 3 different locations in the area depending on the time of year:
- Miller Boat Launch on Tomales Bay (the only location for Bioluminescence Tours)

- Whitehouse Pool on Lagunitas Creek
9 miles from the Lodge at Marconi
- Drakes Estero (open July to the end of February)
