In the quest for holistic well-being, we often seek activities that not only nourish our bodies but also calm our minds and uplift our spirits. In the realm of fitness and mindfulness, stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga has emerged as a unique practice that blends the tranquility of yoga with the serenity of being on water. While the idea of balancing on a floating platform might seem daunting at first, we use extremely stable, yoga-specific SUPS and the rewards of SUP yoga extend far beyond physical exercise, offering practitioners a transformative journey towards inner peace and strength.
We will start with a 15 minute meet and greet with an orientation to basic paddle strokes and safety. Once on the water we’ll warm up our bodies with a short paddle then move into our yoga session. One hour total.
