2 Night Wildcat Backpacking Tour - Alamere Falls & Bass Lake

Overview

Itinerary

Itinerary

Join us for one of our favorite two-night excursions, through the awe-inspiring landscape and dynamic ecosystems of the Point Reyes National Seashore.  We will travel along gentle terrain to our well-equipped campsite, stopping at some of the most renowned locations of Point Reyes over these 3 days.

Itinerary

Day 1

Meet your guide at the Palomarin Trailhead. We will start by hiking to Wildcat Camp on the picturesque Coast Trail with a stop at Bass Lake. Once at camp we will have dinner and explore the surrounding area.

Day 2

We won't have to break down camp for our second day, so our day will start off with a leisurely breakfast before we decide where to explore for the day. Typically this will be to Alamere Falls along the beach, but can also include hiking further on the Coast Trail.

Day 3

On the last day of our adventure we wake up to the waves and leisurely pack up camp before hiking back to our departure point at the Palomarin Trailhead.
